A BIG Thank You also to the Wayne Densch Performing Arts Center  and Celery City for donating the perfect date night for our ambassadors’ September Date Night!

@Tracytakesiton

September’s date night actually started out as “date-day” since we were attending the afternoon production of Footloose at the Wayne Densch Performing Arts Center. The lobby was bustling so we jumped in the concession stand line and ordered popcorn and drinks for the show. There were super yummy “Footloose” cookies being sold in the lobby, too as an added bonus!

And wow! What show! Footloose has always been one of my favorite movies from growing up (I am a child of the 80s). So seeing it brought to life on stage was nothing short of FUN! The songs, the dancing and Willard! The actor playing Willard was hilarious! He had us laughing the whole time!

After the cast meet and greet, we took a stroll to one of our favorite Sanford staples…. Celery City. I know we end up here almost every time we go to Sanford but we just can’t help ourselves!!! The beer selection is amazing and the atmosphere is killer. Who doesn’t love sitting outside in their courtyard enjoying some delicious beers?!?!? I know we do!!! But this time we were on a mission to taste some sours! Celery City was having their Sour Outage beer event and boy was it yummy! I got a gorgeous and delicious flight of beers while the hubby opted for a sour IPA. We sipped our beers and chit chatted about next month’s date night: Oktoberfest. Oh how fun that will be!!!!
