The plan was to make my picture of the day a fun shot of the Orlando Brewing Oktoberfest – but then life happened and I ended up spending a good amount of time at Centra Care (Florida Hospital’s Urgent Care) in Sanford – unfortunately in a lot pain and slightly nauseated – even my old Hypno Birthing breathing techniques did not work a bit…
Luckily the doctor found out what was wrong with me and I got a shot against the pain right away (which helped so much!). The medication I need to take for the next few days should make it all go away.
Centra Care took good care of me and the wait was bearable (when in pain minutes seem like hours…). I hope none of you will ever have the need to use them, but just in case, here is their info…
