Day 16 – Ability Rehabilitation

Well, I can’t say I am happy that I have to go to Ability Rehabilitation (why would anyone be happy to need physical therapy), but I can say that I am happy about their great service and even more, about my great Physical Therapist. It is not the first time I am in “treatment” here. During my first pregnancy I had to see them as well and they were able to help me by showing me just the right exercises and being very patient with me (you must know I have two left hands and feet!). Now, after my second baby, I am suffering from a postpartum injury (I will spare you the details) and with their help I am already on the path to recovery (thank goodness!).
