I never thought the day would come that soon, but this year we actually attended the very first Christmas show of our son. It’s something I only knew of movies and from my own faint memories when my parents attended my school’s Christmas shows. The pride you feel is overwhelming and if it hadn’t been so fun to see our little baby “perform” on stage I definitely would have teared up… The other thing I noticed is that that cell phone commercial I’ve seen a couple of times on TV is so dead on: loads of parents all holding up their smart phones trying to get that perfect shot of their kid and zooming in as good as they can (yes, I am guilty too!)… It’s so worth it though 😉
