Next time you’re in downtown Sanford look beyond First Street! Especially now, during the holiday season, you will experience a great atmosphere if you walk or drive through the historic residential district after 5:30pm. That’s when most of the holiday decoration is visible. But as usual, you will also enjoy the historic charme of Sanford if you visit the district during the day.
