What exactly is the Themed Selfie Challenge? You already  know all about Sanford Selfie Competition, in which an artist judges your Sanford Selfies every month on their artistic expression and how they capture the essence of Sanford. We award the winner of the Competition with $100 Selfie Dollars to spend in small Sanford businesses.
The Themed Selfie Challenge, on the other hand, is based on popularity…in other words, the most amazing selfie with the most votes wins! The prize for the Themed Selfie Challenge changes every month along with our sponsor and the theme will always correspond with the month’s Alive After Five theme.
This month’s Alive After Five theme is Sanford De Mayo!

Alive After Five is Downtown Sanford’s only monthly street party, scheduled for every 2nd Thursday of the month, rain or shine. This month’s Sanford de Mayo Alive After Five takes place on May 14th, which should give you a huge opportunity to capture a fun themed selfie.
