It’s all about the options in this well kept neighborhood, whether choosing how to spend the weekends (walking around the tranquil community park or brunch in one of downtown Sanford’s quaint restaurants?) with homes plans ranging in size from 1,500 sqft to 4,000 sqft the options keep on coming and there is surely something to please everyone!
