Wakulla CookieSo despite the beyond awful weather (non-stop rain) in pretty much all of Central Florida and the coast we still dared to go on our long planned beach weekend trip. Close friends of us invited us to join them for their “Wakulla” reunion (= at Wakulla Suites in Cocoa Beach). Needless to say, it turned out not to be a beach weekend (even though we did walk a bit on the beach past midnight when it had finally stopped raining), but nevertheless it was a lot of fun hanging out with everyone and dancing the night away. Here is just a quick snapshot of a cookie someone brought to the Saturday dinner pot luck.
