Never taken a Kundalini Yoga Class? This series will take you through the foundational practices. It will take you through the Tune in, Mantras & Meaning, Meditation, and Breathwork and introduce the Locks. It will take you through the Tune in Mantras and meaning, Yoga Breathing and Alignment. This is a donation based class. To allow social distancing registration is required.

Pilates is designed improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture. Strengthening yoga includes movements and modifications in repetition to improve the alignment and gain strength for posture improvement and increased energy.
Back & Hips Yoga @ 6:30pm | 1Raw Yoga and Natural Product
This gentle class offers safe and effective postures and stretches to address lumbar pain/strain, sciatica, SI joint and other common back ailments. The therapeutic approach of this class aims to reduce pain and inflammation, increase circulation and improve function and range of motion in the spine and hips. This class is not recommended for acute back or neck problems. Always consult your health care provider before starting any exercise program.
