Squirrel by Lake Eola Orlando

Those of you who know me a bit better might know that I find squirrels absolutely adorable! On top of that they make me laugh everytime they run/jum around – hillarious :o) I have no clue what it is about those little rodents that I like so much… Squirrels seem to be quite common in the US and Canada, not in Germany. The only squirrel I got to see was the occasional red squirrel in our yard that came out in the Fall. I remember it used to be a big “event” and we all stormed out every year when the squirrel came back for a chance to get a glimpse of it… So when I first moved to the US you can imagine how excited I was seeing those cute little animals on a daily basis. Well, I haven’t lost my excitement about them so here is my little tribute to my favorite animal, the squirrel…
